Capitol Project (Kitchen)

Praise the Lord we have reached our first goal of 100,000.00!! This means we can move on to our second goal of $250,000.00 by Sept. 1, 2026. To date we have received 185,683.00!!! Thank you so much for your generosity.

We are presently in the process of finalizing the architectural drawings with the hopes of breaking down after 2026 summer camp is finished. Once the drawings are done we will begin to receive tenders for the various trades needed for the project.

We have also been able to secure a contractor who will oversee the building project. All that to say the wheels have begun to turn.

As announced at the TTBC 75th celebration in June 2024, the TTBC board has decided to more forward with a 3 phase facility expansion project. We will be starting with the kitchen. This will be a separate capitol building project from phase 2, and 3. We understand of the 3 phases, the kitchen is the most needed as well as the most expensive. This is why we are starting with this phases first. As well because the new kitchen will not disrupt any present structures, we can begin the project as soon as sufficient funds for the basic structure are in, and it will not affect the program in the winter or summer seasons.

The following is a brief outline of the overall plan:

PHASE 1 - New Kitchen - ($700,000 estimate total)

PHASE 2 - Camper bathroom/showers with an expanded dining hall

PHASE 3 - Office administration/staff lounge
